HCBS Waiver Services

SCL (Supported Community Living):

   MYEP Offers individualized, goal-driven, skill building activities.

Respite:

   MYEP offers services to consumers that give temporary relief to the usual caregivers and provide all the necessary care during that time period.
   We have begun offering a "Respite Saturday" on a monthly basis. One Saturday per month, parents can bring their youth to our facilities, where participants will be involved in various activities. Respite Saturdays usually last from five to six hours.
   MYEP also offers in-home respite and Supported Community Living (SCL). This involves contacting the staff to come to the family's home to work on SCL goals with the youth. SCL Waiver hours pay for this service.

Supported Employment:

   MYEP Offers individualized services associated with obtaining and maintaining competative paid employment in the least restrictive environment possible.

Services May Include:

Job Coaching Assistance with Time Management Assistance with Appropriate Grooming Assistance with Employment Related Transportation Assistance with Work Related Behavioral Management Resume Writing Job Hunting
